7 day ab program

This program includes total body workouts, as well as classes that focus on your abs & core.

Your body will be challenged and ABS WILL BURN!

A mat is recommended for most of these classes.

Day 1: All Abs, All You (17 mins) + Plank on It (8 mins)

Day 2: Summer Crush (16 mins) + Abs en Fuego (15 mins)

Day 3: Electric Core (27 mins)

Day 4: ABCs: Abs, Booty & Cardio vol 1 (38 mins)

Day 5: Give it Your All (24 mins) + The 100 Sit Up Challenge (8 mins)

Day 6: Keep on Burning (11 mins) + Hard Core (10 mins)

Day 7: So Core So Good (27 mins)
