This program includes total body workouts, as well as classes that focus on your booty & lower body.

Your legs and booty will definitely BE SORE!

Dumbbells and a mat are recommended in some of these classes.

Day 1: Booty Bootcamp (40 mins)

Day 2: Dirrty Dumbbells (26 mins)

Day 3: Lower Body Blast (26 mins)

Day 4: ABCs: Abs, Booty & Cardio vol 1 (38 mins)

Day 5: Inner Thigh Incinerator (24 mins) + The 100 Squat Challenge (8 mins)

Day 6: Booty Gainz (27 mins)

Day 7: Dumbbell Duty (43 mins)
