Day 2: HIIT Me Britney (22 mins)

Day 3: Torch & Tone Tabata (25 mins) light dumbbells recommended but not required

Day 4: ABCs: Abs, Booty & Cardio vol 1 (38 mins)

Day 5: Burnin’ to Queen B (29 mins)

Day 6: Circuit to Circuit (37 mins)

Day 7: All Tabata, All the Time (33 mins)
