FAQ

When does it start?

Sign ups begin NOW, and the Challenge officially begins Monday, March 2nd. You can start on that day and do it with everyone, or start anytime after that. But it’s more fun when we do it together 😉

Is it really free?

Yes. It’s 100% FREE.

Is this for beginners?

Yes, this Challenge is for all levels! But that doesn’t mean it will be easy- I offer plenty of modifications to make exercises more or less challenging. Always just do what you can!

Do I need equipment?

The workouts don’t require any equipment! However I would recommend a mat or a soft surface since many of the exercises are on the ground.

How will I watch the workout videos?

The workouts are hosted on a web platform called Kajabi. You can stream the videos online or download the Kajabi app, and can cast the videos to most TVs.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens! Ideally aim to complete the Challenge in 7 days, but if you need to extend it that’s okay - just pick back up when you can.

Can I repeat the Challenge?

Yes! You’re welcome to repeat the Challenge as often as you like, or incorporate the workouts into your routine however you like.
