Is this for beginners?

All levels are welcome! I offer plenty of modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of the exercises.

Do I need equipment?

You will need at least one set of Dumbbells and a Mat.

How will I watch the workout videos?

The workouts are hosted on a web platform called Kajabi. You can stream the videos online or download the Kajabi app, and can cast the videos to most TVs.

Can I repeat the Program?

Yes! You’re welcome to repeat the Program as often as you like, or incorporate the workouts into your routine however you like. You will have access to the Program for exactly 1 year from purchase date.
